Recently traded in my 2021 Kona EV for at 2026 Kona EV at Bank Street Hyundai. Leslie looked after me very well and they gave me a good price on the trade in. Worked with me to get a colour I liked when it looked like I might have to wait 3 months for a special order from Korea, but they found one in Montreal that was very close and brought it in right away. I bought my 2021 car from them too and had all the service done there with no problems whatsoever. Like the Uber drives home and back again at no charge.

Overall a pleasant experience in purchasing my first EV -- a new 2025 Hyundai Iconiq 6. Salesperson Leslie Vargas Reyes handled her responsibilities well for the extremely rapid transaction (I knew what I wanted, the dealership is close to home, and supplies are getting scarce given the EV subsidies and model year inventory). The biggest surprise: Although the dealership originally forced overpriced "Paint and Fabric/Leather Treatment and Protection" into the purchase price, the after-sales push for me to purchase a six year extended "Premium Plus" warranty turned positive when I declined the extra cost -- and the dealer provided it without additional fee. I suppose the margin on these warranty products is really high. Recommendation: If you are pitched these products, say you will "think it over" and wait for them to call with the final confirmation before declining the proposal.
