Matt helped me purchase a 2021 VW Tiguan. He was informative and easy to talk to. When I went to pick up the vehicle I found damage on the car that I had not seen before - a large scratch in the door. Easily $1k or more to fix. I promptly pointed it out to a salesperson who promised to have it fixed within 2 days. While I was not pleased initially, I thought they handled things very professionally and were quick to rectify the situation.
