I just had a very positive experience buying my new Hyundai Tucson from Bank Street Hyundai and HIGHLY recommend this dealer! The tag team of Juan-Carlos, Eli, Aseez and Paul made the experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. I got an excellent car at a very fair price with no drawn out negotiating which was a treat. They even included a set of winter tires as part of the sale. Selling cars seems to be a team approach at this dealer which was nice to see. The only area of improvement I suggest is a better explanation of the add-on warranty offered. I declined it, and probably would have anyway given the price tag, but I was not left with a very good understanding of it. Thanks everyone!
